Gearing up for successful sales​​

With the summer season looming now is the perfect time to establish, refine and action plan your sales strategy, as well as shift gears into a ‘sales mindset’.
This workshop will equip you to enhance your understanding of your customers, recognise potential collaborations and alternative sales pipelines, as well as understand the best fit sales process and approach for your business.
 
This session will enable you to:
  • Know your customer and how they make their decisions
  • Identify what sets your business apart from others
  • Refine your sales process and approach to your customer base
  • Kick-start thinking about other potential revenue streams, product/service/community synergies
  • Understand how you can establish and instil a Sales Mindset in yourself and others
