About the facilitators:
Steve and Mary Jo Halligan from Vibrant Living are coming to provide a toolkit to help regain balance and resilience in life.
Steve worked in his building trade and developed a passion for mountain biking. He has competed in cycling from the top of NZ , Cape Reinga to the bottom at Bluff, in the Tour Aotearoa Brevet, a 3,000 km self supported bike ride. He recently just completed the 4,440 km Tour Divide race that runs from Canada to Mexico.
Steve is passionate about self-empowered health and is keen to share his experience in building resilience and adapting to challenging circumstances, particularly in relation to businesses and industry.
Mary Jo shares many wellness practices, tools, techniques and modalities to facilitate change, education and transformation for the greatest benefit and delight to those attending.
